Engine skid plate for the Trail and XL Trail chassis.
These are made out of 3/16 Strenx 100XF material which has a yield strength of 100ksi, which is almost 3x stronger than standard A36 Steel at only 36ksi and even 30% stronger than 4130 Chromoly plate at only 67ksi. This means you get a 25% lighter assembly than traditional mount/skid/truss setups that use 1/4" A36 Steel while still having even more strength.
Includes lower link tab crossmember bracket to allow transmission to sit 1.75" lower without losing structural support from cutting out the center section of the link mount tube and also provides the mounting tab for the back side of the engine skid plate. Engine skid plate is universally designed to fit "most" engines, but it large enough to allow modification to best fit your particular drivetrain and setup. It will require support tubes to be ran from the front of the engine skid up to your motor mounts with tube disconnects to give the front of the skid the require support and remain removable.
