Trail Chassis Fuel cell, Cage, and Mount

Fuel cell with cage and mount for Trail Chassis or Universal Mount.

This is a Jaz 10gal Poly Fuel cell with no ports for filler cap or outlets/return/vent. This allows you to put the exact stuff you want, where you want, and not deal with the fittings and cheap filler cap provided from Jaz. 

The cage and mount are laser cut out of 14ga HRPO and allows you to safely and securely mount the fuel cell to the Trail or XL Trail chassis or into a universal application. It is designed to fit all universal 6 bolt filler caps or drop in fuel cell pump assemblies, it will not fit the universal 12 bolt caps or assemblies without modification.

This item is only sold as a package, the fuel cell must be mounted inside the cage/mount when shipped to protect the cage/mount from getting damaged in shipping.

Note, the Jaz poly tanks have a large variation in exact size from tank to tank, some are slightly larger or smaller in any direction, or have sides that bow out or in. Due to this the top cage only needs to be tightened enough to hold pressure on the tank to not move, it might not need to be clamped all the way tight or there can be too much clamping force and the sides will start to cave in on themselves.
