Once an order has been shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for tracking the package and coordinating with the shipping carrier if delivery issues arise. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been transferred to the carrier, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist with filing claims when applicable.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or reshipped orders.
