Use this jig to easily mockup tire clearance while building so you don't have to maneuver around a several hundred-pound wheel and tire combo during the build process or up on a chassis table.
Represents a 42" BFG Krawler Red Label mounted on a Trail Ready 20"x9.5" beadlock wheel with 4.5" backspace. Can be modified for higher backspace wheel representation by notching the jig plate to let the bolt flange sit in deeper for 5" or 5.5" backspace wheels, or any number in between. Can also represent less than 4.5" backspace by placing the appropriate thickness stack of washers on your wheel stud under the bolt flange.
Fits Hummer Portal boxes and 05+ Superduty unit bearings, both 8x6.5" and 8x170mm bolt patterns, without calipers mounted.
Comes as a DIY weld together kit, just weld the jig plate onto the bolt flange at 90* aligned with the indicated markers on the OD of the flange.
