Hulse Engineering Billet Aluminum Reverse Swing Dual Master Brake Pedal Assembly
The most compact dual master pedal assembly on the market!
Full Billet Aluminum Construction
Reverse Swing
Dual Master Setup (Master Cylinders not included)
No balance bar, 50/50 braking split front and rear. This is what you need with a 4wd rock crawler! Any proportioning on a 4wd vehicle is just reducing you braking power for no reason. The transfer case is 100% locked front to back anyways, which means any braking force on any one wheel is stopping all four wheels equally. You want maximum braking force on all 4 corners with 4wd rock crawlers to have the best brake possible!
Sealed Dual Ball Bearing Pivots
Precision Shouldered Bolts on all Pivots
Adjustable Pedal Ratio, 7.9:1/8.5:1/8.75:1
Can be used with the HE Wilwood Brake Pedal Pad Extension linked below for pedal ratio's up to 10.3:1
Wilwood Brake Pedal Pad Extension – Hulse Engineering
Designed to be used exclusively with Tilton 78-Series master cylinders which can be purchased from Summit Racing or many other vendors, linked below. These are one of the highest quality master cylinders you can buy for this application. The floating design with bearings on each end eliminates all friction and loss of force from a flange mounted master cylinder where the pushrod is always pushing slightly sideways on the cylinder bore through the arc of the pedal travel. Manual brakes need the most help they can get to work well and by eliminating any inefficiency with the floating master and every pivot point being on a bearing, more of your braking force will go to actual braking instead of being lost to friction and binding.

When using Wilwood Dynalite calipers on all 4 corners, as found on most portal axle and lightweight straight axle brake setups, I recommend running dual 3/4" master cylinders
Measures roughly 15.5" tall from bottom of brake pedal to top of master cylinders, measures roughly 12.25" tall from the bottom of the pedal to the bottom of the mounting surface.
Pedal assembly only, DOES NOT INCLUDE MASTER CYLINDERS
